It is my pleasure to write this referral letter concerning rainbow pest experts. I am embarrassed to say that I had used other competitors like Adams and Orkin to eliminate a recurrent mice problem over the last 17 years. In my opinion, the competitors were satisfied to simply bait and trap the mice without solving the root cause of the problem. They led me to believe that they were doing the best that they could do; however, they gladly kept charging me money and resigned themselves to the fact that some mice problems may never be solved. We were kept on an every other month program to monitor mice activity and rebait if necessary, while removing dead mice from the traps. This drove my wife crazy; she was fearful to even go downstairs in the basement where the mice activity existed. Finally, I got wise and responded to an ad by rainbow. We learned of them through a brochure from rainbow treecare, the company that services our shrubs, trees and turf. We knew if rainbow treecare trusted them, we could do the same.

Scott and Bill from Rainbow came to our home and quickly assessed that we had a mice highway underneath our front porch due to construction faults when the house was originally built. In addition, they noted a couple of other suspect areas on the exterior. I begged Scott to fix the problem! I was concerned that we would have to tear apart the front porch and associated deck in order to rectify the problem underneath leading to the top course of the basement. Scott, being a rather slender man, volunteered to attempt to do what no one else would do. I told him that I had attempted to crawl on my back under the deck boards, but I could only go under so far. I was restricted by my size, but he might be able to go farther than I was able to. He crawled completely under the porch deck on his back for hours, and his partner bill fed him with plywood, drill and supplies to eliminate the thoroughfare once and for all. They saved me a much greater expense in that I did not have to tear deck boards off the porch; but more importantly, they eliminated the mice all together. I have not seen another mouse in the basement for over six months, and my wife freely and confidently uses the basement once again. Scott promised that he would solve the problem one way or another, or he would not charge me at all. When he examined the house and did this post-construction work, he and bill said they were 99% sure of the solution. They went above and beyond the call of duty and solved the problem 100%. They have renewed my faith in the work ethic of responsible men and women. I would not trust anyone else in the pest control industry except Rainbow--PERIOD!! They also believe in only providing the service that you need; no more and no less. It is not a blanket treatment, but a problem specific approach.

Rainbow is to be commended and highly trusted. They should be your first phone call to eliminate the pests, and based on my experience, it will also be your last because the worries will disappear. They solve problems that others either cannot solve or are unwilling to solve at the risk of losing revenue. You can expect excellence out of Rainbow, and not the industry mediocrity.
