Pestologist

My name is Trevor and I am a pestologist. I have been with Rainbow for close to 3 years.

My job at Rainbow is to listen to people’s pest problems and to come up with solutions that will not only solve the current problem but also future problems and problems that may not have been recognized. My job is also to educate so you can understand why the solutions we provide should help solve the problems.

I love problem-solving and my job lets me problem solve on a daily basis. I like to write, build models, and solve 3D puzzles in my free time.

I love working at Rainbow because I feel respected and heard by everyone I work with. My ideas and opinions are taken seriously. Our whole team is respectful and supportive of each other. We are encouraged to take on responsibility and make our own decisions in the field which makes me feel respected.
