Hello! My name is Jane and I am the Customer Service Supervisor for the Pest Experts division. I have been with Rainbow since 2006. My role includes all the basic customer service duties such as handling customer inquiries, billing, and scheduling as well as hiring, training, and supporting our customer service staff. Tavaras and Trevor did an awesome job mouse-proofing our house with winter just around the corner! They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and efficient. They even pointed out a couple spots where water was running towards the house and eroding the foundation, and were able to add some grading to allow time for a proper fix. These guys really go above and beyond, way better than any pest control company that tries selling their services door-to-door.
