Prompt, professional and personable. Explained exactly what needed to be done and set about her job thoroughly and efficiently. There has been no evidence of the hornets since the treatment. This is the second year that Rudy has treated a nest on our property. As with the previous job, we couldn't be happier with Rudy's service.

We had a very large bald-faced (very mean) hornet nest in a crabapple tree in our backyard. Normally, I would ignore them, but this nest was just too close for comfort and keeping us from maintaining that part of the yard. Also, there was a wasp nest on the front porch and a yellow jacket nest in the ground near the hose spigot making activity there a bit unsafe.
Jerome, the applicator, also checked around the house, trees, and utility boxes looking for other wasp and hornet activity.

Zach was Fantastic, I'm glad we had him again. He provided inside service and was very respectful of our house. He once again took the time to explain what he was doing. We had a good conversation about the critters we didn't want in the house.

Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We (meaning multiple people including experienced trades workers) tried to find the source of wasps in our home. Dave immediately diagnosed AND treated the problem. We are going to be sleeping better tonight knowing the ‘wasp problem’ has been properly and professionally addressed. And a big shout out to Ashley and the phone staff. They are very knowledgeable and have been super helpful and kind whenever I have called.

Isaac from Rainbow Pest did a great job treating our yard for mosquitoes and other pests. They texted before arrival and went over what they would be doing before starting work. They were professional, pleasant to work with and removed all cobwebs before starting the service. Rainbow Pest employees are a joy to work with. I appreciate that Rainbow PestExperts staff are ethical and follow safe guidelines for treatment of pests.

Rudy did an excellent job! She was friendly and efficient and let us know about money saving opportunities for long term care. Knowledge and responsible she was right on time and went the extra mile to treat our carpenter ant situation.

Dave located the mice entry point quickly based on the bait stations. He secured the entry and gave us information for what to watch for and information on possible service plans.
He is extremely helpful.

Tavaras just came out to take a look at some Cicada Killers and some yellow jackets we had in our front yard and near our entryway. A quick sweep of the exterior found a few more nests, too. He took care of them all. Couldn't be happier.

Dominic was extremely polite and professional. He kept us up to date on our service plan, answering all questions and rechecking devices to put our minds at ease.

The problem was carpenter ants in one large tree and a small wasp nest by the house. Following an inspection of the trees and house surrounds, Isaac carefully explained what was to be done and why. Treatment of the tree and house was applied quickly and thoroughly.

David was great to work with. He explained the ants and the challenges they can be. He explained what he was going to do and the warranty behind your services. He was very pleasant and fun to work with.

Rainbow was professional and David was knowledgeable and friendly! He also pointed out an active wasp nest that I would have missed without him showing me.

He did a complete inspection of the exterior areas for pests. We have not seen any pests this year in our house since working with rainbow.
