Rainbow continues to excel at service. The latest tech,Sam, listened to a coven about an ant issue and quickly developed an action plan and explained it in an understanding manner

Arrived on time, did the job of spraying around our home as expected. Seemed to be a very fast completion (about 20 minutes) and we can only hope he actually did use the spray extender to reach up into the upper-level rafters. I guess we won’t know until spider season. We would have expected that a thorough job would have taken longer for a 3600 sqft home.

Jerome did an excellent. He seemed to be a "mouse whisperer" and knew exactly how to treat our problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his inspections. We were extremely satisfied with his work.

This includes checking every bait station and places where we have seen mice and insects in the past. He spent a great deal of time at our house and gave our property excellent attention. They explained the process, reviewed concern areas and let me know when they arrived and departed. Very professional!

Rainbow technician went out of his way to explain the scope of the visit, what he would do next, reported when that was done and what he would do next... He also explained that there would be another visit to apply a different treatment in about a month and told us to call with any concerns and they would fix them. Very polite and professional.
