Tavares is a respectful, kind and skilled young technician. He even removed his shoes without me asking. I showed him the areas where the wasp had been frequenting. After a thorough examination of the outside of my home, I invited him indoors where he examined mostly the bathroom areas. Afterwards, he provided me with a report which I thought was concise. I will definitely recommend this company and this technician in the future. Thank you!
