Rudy Winckler began her career at Rainbow in October of 2022 in the tree care division before transitioning to the pest division in 2024, where she currently serves as a Pestologist. Winckler holds a bachelor’s degree in Conservation and Environmental Planning from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and maintains a strong interest in the natural world.

Winckler appreciates Rainbow’s collaborative, family-like environment, which fosters knowledge sharing among colleagues and enables the team to deliver informed solutions to clients.
