I started at Rainbow in October of 2022 working for the tree care division. I moved over to the pest division in 2024 where I am currently working as a Pestologist. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a bachelor’s in Conservation and Environmental planning and have always been fascinated by the natural world.

I enjoy working at Rainbow because the coworkers feel like family, and it makes it worth showing up to work every day. We all learn a lot from each other, and it is great to be able to share that knowledge with our clients.

Updating to 5 star because Rainbow Pest called me and scheduled a new appointment for someone to come back out to my home. Phil came out and did a great job, even making sure to speak with us to understand what went wrong and where we had seen spider webs (I had already swept webs from our entry points). I appreciate how proactive and quickly they moved to make things right with us.Typically we LOVE Rainbow Pest. This exterior treatment (two days ago) was awful! We will be calling someone back out. My husband pointed out several areas of our exterior where there are spiders and what we suspect are spider eggs. ALL the webs were left behind whereas typically they are brushed off. Honestly, if my husband hadn’t been here I would think they hadn’t come at all. Like I said, typically we love them. But this service was just not at the level we’ve come to expect. I’m extremely disappointed. Especially given we prepaid and our year is almost up.

As usual, staff was very nice. Sam was above and beyond patient! I had just let the dogs that I am petsitting out for a romp in the yard (all 10 of them!). He was so nice while having to wait for me to wrangle everyone back in the house. And then he even took the time to ask if there were any issues or questions with the services AND to give me reminder instructions about when it would be safe to let the dogs back out. Very genuine and respectful. Thank you for being so kind and putting up with the dog shenanigans!
