I have worked for Rainbow for 9 years this coming March. I was in the Treecare division, for a season and ten switched to pest experts. I was in the regenhouse and landscaping industry for 13 years before coming to Rainbow. I am originally from a small town, just outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Yes I am a Packers fan–Vikings fans don’t be jealous. In my free time I am an avid outdoors person.

My role with Pest experts is to Train and Mentor new and senior techs on how to be safe, do a job properly and efficiently all while being safe. What I love about Rainbow Pest experts is the tightness and camaraderie of the group and everyone’s willingness to learn and help each other out.

Great service from Rainbow Pest! Our technician Trevor is professional, friendly and provides excellent service. It is nice to have consistent sevice members and familiar faces serving our home. Updating to 5 star because Rainbow Pest called me and scheduled a new appointment for someone to come back out to my home. Phil came out and did a great job, even making sure to speak with us to understand what went wrong and where we had seen spider webs (I had already swept webs from our entry points). I appreciate how proactive and quickly they moved to make things right with us.Typically we LOVE Rainbow Pest. This exterior treatment (two days ago) was awful! We will be calling someone back out. My husband pointed out several areas of our exterior where there are spiders and what we suspect are spider eggs. ALL the webs were left behind whereas typically they are brushed off. Honestly, if my husband hadn’t been here I would think they hadn’t come at all. Like I said, typically we love them. But this service was just not at the level we’ve come to expect. I’m extremely disappointed. Especially given we prepaid and our year is almost up.

As usual, staff was very nice. Sam was above and beyond patient! I had just let the dogs that I am petsitting out for a romp in the yard (all 10 of them!). He was so nice while having to wait for me to wrangle everyone back in the house. And then he even took the time to ask if there were any issues or questions with the services AND to give me reminder instructions about when it would be safe to let the dogs back out. Very genuine and respectful. Thank you for being so kind and putting up with the dog shenanigans!
