Steve did a thorough job of assessing our home and pointing out what was an issue and what was not. He recommended clear plan for what was needed and advise us on what we did not need and what we could expect from service. Phil was pleasant and courteous when he came to spray for wasps. He took time to listen respectfully to my concerns and he explained that typically there are two different pesticides used for wasps. When I asked about possible harm to the pollinators that visit our gardens, I declined one of the applications. Again, Phil took me seriously and didn't pressure me or degrade me for my choice. For the 20 years we have used Rainbow Tree Care and its other services, we have been so appreciative of their care, knowledge, and environmental responsibility. -- L

We have been using Rainbow for hornet/wasp/mosquito control for 3 years and we have never had an issue with them. Our family has also noticed a dramatic decrease in those unwanted insects.
