Can't say enough positive things about Rudy, the tech from Rainbow Pest who helped us resolve a mystery around our gas fireplace. Rudy went far above expectations and not only tackled that issue, but did a very thorough investigation of any potential entry points to the home. Rudy explained what would be done, handled the tasks, and reviewed the work with me before concluding the visit. Rudy is definitely the most helpful tech we've ever had and did quality work throughout.
