Called to give me a heads up on when he was arriving. Arrived within the window of the appt. Took the time to do a thorough job. Gave me ant traps for inside my garage where I had ants last summer. Did ant control in my back yard. Because I signed up for the annual pest control plan, the ant treatment in the yard was no extra cost. Was thorough and pleasant to interact with.
