We just had our first service and Sam was our technician. He was incredible! Sam explained everything in detail and was very kind. I can't comment on effectiveness yet, as he just sprayed today. But, Sam was very thorough and made sure I didn't have any concerns!

Arrived on time, did the job of spraying around our home as expected. Seemed to be a very fast completion (about 20 minutes) and we can only hope he actually did use the spray extender to reach up into the upper-level rafters. I guess we won’t know until spider season. We would have expected that a thorough job would have taken longer for a 3600 sqft home.
