Jerome provided our indoor mouse/ bait inspection & the seasonal check & treatment outdoors. I appreciate the text I received prior to Jerome's on-time arrival & his attention to detail. Thank you for a job well done.

Always goes above and beyond by identifying future problem areas, sealing them off, and keeping on top of the maintenance to ensure good barriers. Many companies set traps, but don’t actually identify the weak areas that need repair and maintenance. Bandaids not ongoing solutions. I’m on the year round maintenance program, and it is worth every penny! Steve is respectful, courteous, and intelligent making him a superhero in the pest control field. Thanks Steve!

Cassidy from Rainbow Pest did a great job treating our yard for mosquitoes. They texted before arrival and checked the weather conditions before treating the yard. They were professional, pleasant to work with and taught me some things about pest control. Rainbow PestExperts are a joy to work with. Roderick had arrived at the beginning of the week but the wind was too strong to treat for pests. I appreciate that Rainbow PestExperts staff are ethical and follow safe guidelines for treatment of pests.

Cassidy spotted an issue no one else had noticed yet! Hopefully this will solve a decades-long problem.

Update-a month later Nick returned to work on the foundation sealing as much as the winter weather would allow and to check on the bait and traps that were placed a month ago!
Sealing that was done looks great and bait and traps were good. Still would highly recommend! Very happy with the service that has been provided so far!

6 month update: still no mice 🙂 Nick came and finished sealing up the foundation now that the weather is warm enough for the product to set appropriately. He explained what they were going to do and things look great! I still highly recommend! Thank you!!

Rainbow’s tech Jerome recently visited for in-home and exterior service. He was thorough and efficient and sent me photos of spots on the exterior that need my attention.

Called to give me a heads up on when he was arriving. Arrived within the window of the appt. Took the time to do a thorough job. Gave me ant traps for inside my garage where I had ants last summer. Did ant control in my back yard. Because I signed up for the annual pest control plan, the ant treatment in the yard was no extra cost. Was thorough and pleasant to interact with. The texting to set up and remind me of appointments works really well! Very responsive!!! Glad to have Rainbow Pest control on an annual plan!

Josh was really great. He came to the door to ask if I had any issues I needed addressed. I told him the usual treatment and that I've also seen wasps. He explained what he would do.
He was so thorough with his application and even told me when the job was completed.
He texted me to let me know and to have a wonderful rest of my day. He was a very genuine and hard working young man. Rainbow employees have usually been good, but Josh was one of the best! Hope he does my 3rd treatment for this season. Thanks Josh!
