Ben was great. He texted to give us a 10-minute arrival window, and showed up right on time. Very polite and friendly. He used shoe covers in the house. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to show me all that he saw. He even checked the attic, using his phone to get pictures for me. We've been dealing with mice intermittently and attempting to take care of the issues on our own. After a recent event I called Rainbow Pest Experts yesterday (2/27). There was time available for today (2/28). James sent a text to let us know he would be arriving early. He did a wonderful job of explaining the details of the steps available for eliminating the mice, to explain the traps an reassure us our pets would be safe.

Current update. 4/21/25 Bait traps checked and exterior inspection done by Kenzie. No issues noted except for sit was old in one. Appointment was for 0900 and Kenzie arrived at 9:02. Kenzie did text ETA and arrived in that time frame. Kenzie is professional and pleasant

Ben arrived on time, friendly and pleasant
Bait traps checked, and no activity noted. Bait was replaced in one due to age. Ben inspected the exterior and noted a possible entry point and closed it. Replaced caulk in a few areas. We appreciate the time Ben spent at our home.

October 23, 2026

Nick arrived on time. He checked all the inside traps and even replaced one from the attic that had a bad cover. He inspected the exterior and found a few spots that needed a small patch to cover a possible entry. I appreciate his work and positive attitude for the time he spent here.
