Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We (meaning multiple people including experienced trades workers) tried to find the source of wasps in our home. Dave immediately diagnosed AND treated the problem. We are going to be sleeping better tonight knowing the ‘wasp problem’ has been properly and professionally addressed. We had a very large bald-faced (very mean) hornet nest in a crabapple tree in our backyard. Normally, I would ignore them, but this nest was just too close for comfort and keeping us from maintaining that part of the yard. Also, there was a wasp nest on the front porch and a yellow jacket nest in the ground near the hose spigot making activity there a bit unsafe.
Jerome, the applicator, also checked around the house, trees, and utility boxes looking for other wasp and hornet activity.

Tavaras just came out to take a look at some Cicada Killers and some yellow jackets we had in our front yard and near our entryway. A quick sweep of the exterior found a few more nests, too. He took care of them all. Couldn't be happier.
