Joshua was the best. He suited up in protective gear and removed a bunch of wasps’ nests from our property. We’re so happy we found and switched to Rainbow from the door-knocker service we’d used previously.

Sam showed up like a superhero—only instead of a cape, he brought rodent traps and expert-level pest knowledge. He called ahead with a time so accurate I think he might secretly be part Swiss watch. Total pro move.
He was training a new guy….he’s learning from the best. Sam dropped knowledge like breadcrumbs—only not the kind that attract rodents.

Nick introduced himself and listened to what the current issues were and then based on that discussion, he clearly communicated what would be done that day, found an additional issue to be addressed and sent me pics to ensure I was aware, etc. - going above and beyond in my opinion and taking great care around my flowers and gardens! Very friendly and courteous!

Sam was great. We had an issue with bees. Upon arriving, Sam walked the entire inside and outside of the house to determine where the bees were getting in at. Once he found the spot, Sam explained what he was going to do to treat the bees. He was very thorough in his explanation and what we should expect over the next few days. Sam was awesome.

I had an amazing experience with Rainbow Pest Control! I had lots of ants in my yard that would sometimes get in the house. Dave from Rainbow Pest can over and did an inspection and application of pesticide. He was very knowledgeable , personable and efficient! I will definitely us this service again if my pest problems continue!

On 8/11/25, Jerome did as equally an excellent job as Nick, Jian, Mike, have done, snd when he himself dis on a previous visit. They are top-notch!! 6/2/25, Nick texted me in advance, came & completed the job and sent me pictures! He noticed a place where squirrels could possibly get in, & replied promptly when I asked for clarification on what part of the house it was. He was excellent & totally deserves a tip! [Please note, I don't know why the following recommendations I've made over a couple years don't seem to have posted. I hope all of them, including Nock's today, do post.] On 1/17/25, Jerome texted me that he was coming to do the exterior treatment. I didn't see that text, but he left a little note saying he'd been here & completed it. I texted him back to thank him and see if there was anything else I should do. He texted back promptly, & we were done! Completely seamless. I stand by everything I wrote farther down, probably 3 years ago. Jian D. [From 2024:] was communicative through a couple necessary appointment changes. He especially was clear that it's best to keep our beloved 3 pets inside. The following was written previously, and is still true: As always with Rainbow Rainbow Pest Experts, the treatment was thorough, and we do not have bugs coming in the house...even the cold bugs! Thank you, Rainbow! (They have helped me keep my 120-year-old duplex in great shape against ants & mice, which were a year-round problem before I started with them. They've always been courteous and considerate, including through the COVID pandemic, talking with me about how to keep me, the people I share the house with, and their employees safe. I recommend them without reservation! Update: today (probably 2022), Mike replaced or filled interior mouse bait, filled cracks in the foundation, and did the exterior spraying, all in less than an hour. And we had a fun conversation, too!)

Steve and his partner were extremely prompt and professional. The work was completed in a quality and timely matter and they were more than willing to answer any questions we had about the process or next steps. As new homeowners, Rainbow Pest Experts have taken a huge load off of our shoulders so we can focus on other work we need to do on our house. I would recommend them again, especially as they are a local and employee owned company.

For additional context, we had the stage 1 and stage 2 pest control work performed which includes sealing the foundation and other possible entrances for pests to enter the home which was our main concern when we contacted them. Since we signed up for a home protection plan, they also cleared out any bugs, spider webs, and insect nests, and performed preventative treatment to the outside of the property. All in all, it has given us peace of mind while we learn all the quirks of our new home, and given us more time to focus on other home projects.
