Excellent work! I highly recommend this service to prevent pest infestation. Numerous significant problems of gaps in the foundation were identified and repaired. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Both men were very polite and positive and happy to answer my questions. I also think this was a great value for the money.

Super personable, she talked through some things with me before “suiting up” to deal with the wasps nest. She left a little sign by the area with a friendly warning about the wasps, which I thought was a nice touch

Isaac arrived for the appointment to check mouse bait stations & to remedy an influx of pavement ants finding their way inside. The treatment included both inside & outside our home, which Isacc accomplished in a thorough & professional manner, including instruction for when the boxelder bug trdt would occur & when to expect resolution of the ant issue. It appears that no mice have been inside looking for the bait, so hopefully that issue is well under control. Rainbow pest is great! Thank you Isaac.

We've been dealing with mice intermittently and attempting to take care of the issues on our own. After a recent event I called Rainbow Pest Experts yesterday (2/27). There was time available for today (2/28). James sent a text to let us know he would be arriving early. He did a wonderful job of explaining the details of the steps available for eliminating the mice, to explain the traps an reassure us our pets would be safe.
Found exterior issues and explained what would be done to stop the mice from entering. Thank you, I'm finally feeling positive about a problem solved. This post is from 2024

Current update. 4/21/25 Bait traps checked and exterior inspection done by Kenzie. No issues noted except for sit was old in one. Appointment was for 0900 and Kenzie arrived at 9:02. Kenzie did text ETA and arrived in that time frame. Kenzie is professional and pleasant

Ben arrived on time, friendly and pleasant
Bait traps checked, and no activity noted. Bait was replaced in one due to age. Ben inspected the exterior and noted a possible entry point and closed it. Replaced caulk in a few areas. We appreciate the time Ben spent at our home.

The Pest Expert (Issac) was very considerate and very thorough in his work. Issac carefully explained the processes he would undertake. He very carefully examined all areas where mice be located/making a home. This to include our closed-in garage and full basement. I highly recommend Rainbow Pest Experts for any and all pest control problems.

Steve was very prompt and thorough in the pest service we received today. He made sure I understood all the treatments and service plan we signed up for.
