Isaac began his visit by telling me about a new mouse discovered in the Twin Cities after hearing about my tales of a very aggressive and socially active mouse. He was very knowledgeable, and he actually made me feel better that there was such a mouse, I felt like I wasn’t dreaming that this was an unusual mouse.I thought he was knowledgeable and did have an alternative solution for the new mouse. He seemed educated on this type of mouse and zeroed in on the different ways this mouse can enter the house. Which is much different than the way the other mice entered the house. We loaded the bait traps again, but he also armed me with enough information to try snap traps again. Isaac was friendly and courteous and I feel as if I got the best service I could get.

Update-a month later Nick returned to work on the foundation sealing as much as the winter weather would allow and to check on the bait and traps that were placed a month ago!
Sealing that was done looks great and bait and traps were good. Still would highly recommend! Very happy with the service that has been provided so far!

Isaac came out to my house for my initial consult and did a great job answering my questions and describing the services that Rainbow can provide.

Zach is very professional and courteous. He refilled all three of our exterior bait stations, which apparently were empty I look forward to his next service on our house. He made sure all the gates were closed, so our dog would not get out too! Thank you, Zach.
