Nice, prompt and good communicator

Ours is an old house with plenty of opportunities for mice to enter. It's been a journey with Rainbow, not just one visit. These professionals are determined to get us secure. Our issues have become nearly non-existent now, but we get follow-up from Rainbow, and feel good about the process.

Rudy was fantastic. She did such a thorough job and really cares about the work she is doing and making sure the home owner is comfortable.

Isaac began his visit by telling me about a new mouse discovered in the Twin Cities after hearing about my tales of a very aggressive and socially active mouse. He was very knowledgeable, and he actually made me feel better that there was such a mouse, I felt like I wasn’t dreaming that this was an unusual mouse.I thought he was knowledgeable and did have an alternative solution for the new mouse. He seemed educated on this type of mouse and zeroed in on the different ways this mouse can enter the house. Which is much different than the way the other mice entered the house. We loaded the bait traps again, but he also armed me with enough information to try snap traps again. Isaac was friendly and courteous and I feel as if I got the best service I could get.

Jerome was excellent. He did our winter service indoors and checked the outside oof the house as well. He answered our questions and told us what he was going to do. I was very pleased with his work.
