Phil was pleasant and courteous when he came to spray for wasps. He took time to listen respectfully to my concerns and he explained that typically there are two different pesticides used for wasps. When I asked about possible harm to the pollinators that visit our gardens, I declined one of the applications. Again, Phil took me seriously and didn't pressure me or degrade me for my choice.
