Zach visited to conduct an inspection to find where mice were getting in; I have one specific place in my kitchen where they are appearing. Zach was great - very professional and knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasant guy. I can't speak to the actual service, but I get the sense that RPE is a good company to work with.
