Zach was very pleasant and explained the 2 step process to us thoroughly. He shared why things work and don’t work, and why we have mice in the house. The Phase 1 cost seems reasonable for a 2 year guaranty. While the cost for phase 2 is more than expected, it seems it will be a lasting solution to our mouse problems rather than a quick fix for a couple years on top of having to continue to bait like other companies.
