I have been using Rainbow Pest for years and they are super responsive. Isaac made it a point to not only move patio furniture and doormats mats to spray, but also put them back after it had a chance to dry a bit before he left. Great service!

Friendly technician came and explained what he would be doing and how it would work through to the fall in exterminating insects around the outside of the house. He remembered providing bug and mosquito control last year for us and was familiar with the property and said they would follow up soon on mosquito control as well.

Jane did a stellar job communicating the services that would be done that day and the precautions we needed to take for our pets to be safe. They were kind enough to make sure the neighbor's dog would be inside before beginning our service as well.

I called Rainbow Pest because I had used their services in the past. I was glad they were able to come within a few days of my contacting them.
