Tavares was knowledgeable, helpful and educating to us about our pest issue. So far everything seems to be resolved! I appreciate him so much. When the second part of the service couldn’t be done due to weather, he communicated that clearly and we rescheduled no problem.

Super happy with Joshua's service yesterday. He was friendly and also answered all of my questions regarding the service and additional pest remedies. Also, I have enjoyed the annual plan; it has been great being able to ask for another treatment between services when I notice more bugs, especially during those rainy seasons!

Cassidy arrived exactly at the time given. Was efficient about the work, made sure to put on shoe covers each time, explained the work to me, knew about the next service date, answered all my questions and followed through with everything that was supposed to be done.
Although not there to do hornet and wasp extermination, Cassidy helped educate me on how they will treat it at the next visit and why it’s more effective to do it at that time.
I have had no signs of mice since Rainbow starting treating my home. Something another pest control company was not able to do and blamed it on my home being connected to the neighbor’s (attached townhome).
