We have been using Rainbow for years and have always been happy with the service provided. Tavaras raised the bar by helping us with a difficult job sealing under our deck - he was consultative and even suggested additional decking to pull up to reach areas of the house we didn’t consider to ensure we had the best protection to keep mice out. The service was done thoroughly and efficiently. I also had a number of questions answered and was educated on the different kinds of ants that were in my yard. Juan also mouse-proofed the exterior of my house and none have gotten in this winter.

My late summer service was applied by James. He was also efficient and answered some new questions I had about some bugs I saw on my trees. On his advice I’ll be speaking with a tree-care specialist soon.

Dan came today and did my annual inspection. He also gave me a quote for pest-proofing my garage. He was quick and thorough.

Jordan arrived today when he said he would and was friendly and efficient. I am glad that all the spiders and ants stay in the yard rather than the deck and house.
