We had Rainbow out due to a mice issue we've been having. Ben did a really good job inspecting for points of entry, he communicated well, made sure all our questions were answered and provided a very thorough proposal, making sure to lay out all our options. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Furthermore, I did not feel pressured, whatsoever, into any decisions.

Ben was my Rainbow pest control tech. He came out as a call back for mouse control.
Communication was great. Gave me an accurate ETA, and was thorough with his work. Ben listen to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Rainbow offers a two year warranty on the mouse control and seal up. Highly recommend! Very much worth the cost, And their interventions are very effective.

Rainbow is amazing! Having pests is an overwhelming experience if you are not familiar with it and Tavaras used education to help deescalate our concerns. Our consult was unbelievably thorough and Tavaras didn't rush us or try to convince us to pay for unnecessary services. I have recommended Rainbow to friends and family and will continue to do so. A gem in the twin cities!

Dave was very helpful in explaining what kind of mouse we are dealing with. If it weren’t for their service we would be seeing many more mice in our very old house in Minneapolis.

It’s been about a year now since we’ve used Rainbow Pest Experts’ program and have been happy with them. They’ve eliminated mice activity in our house. We appreciate their attention to detail, listening to our concerns, flexibility with our schedule, and thoroughness in preventing a return of mice inside. Our technician was Sam this last time, who’ve we had before, and he’s been professional, helpful & kind in performing pest services for us.
Update: it’s been 2.5 yrs now with Rainbow Pest Experts & I’m still happy with them. David was just out this week to inspect the foundation for any possible spots of ingress for mice & did a thorough job; he’s personable and knowledgeable.
