Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Rainbow Pest Experts to care for your home. We realize that the actual work is only part of the job. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at 952-252-0585 and we’ll make it right.
Refund payments will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Rainbow Pest Experts cannot complete the refund if the original payment method is no longer available, for example, your credit card expired or the credit card payment was over 90 days prior to the refund being approved. If over 90 days, the refund will be issued by a check. Approved refunds take up to 21 days to be processed.
